Customer Service Representative - CSR

Position : Help our customers and team members in any way needed, with a welcoming and friendly attitude. This position fills many roles and requires a friendly and organized individual who does not mind pitching in wherever the need occurs.

What does a CSR with Paul Davis do?

• Stays in constant contact with customers, industry partners, and team members
• Field calls / emails from customers, partners, and team members
• Intake, dispatch and follow-up of jobs / claims
• Collects required documentation for all jobs / claims
• Problem solves and helps people find solutions
• Performs office administrative operations
• Other tasks and projects as assigned

Skills Desired of Team Member :

Compensation : $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
