We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA therapy to pediatric clients. You’ll work with children with autism and related developmental disorders in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of therapists. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications & Responsibilities :

• Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Current Texas license as an LBA and certified by the BACB as a BCBA
• 2 years of experience as a BCBA preferred
• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Mentor Behavior Analysts in Training (BATs) and BCaBAs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care
