Were seeking a high-performing Client Advisor on our Surety Team to drive new business deepen client relationships and expand Acrisures footprint. What Youll Do :

Revenue Growth & Business Development

• Drive new business production through proactive prospecting pipeline development and conversion of qualified leads
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand client portfolios increase revenue and meet growth targets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients overseeing account performance and satisfaction.
• Apply surety principles to a range of client situations ensuring compliance with current surety program standards.
• Develop action plans aligned with client goals and establish KPIs to measure program effectiveness.
• Monitor surety market appetite and identify opportunities for new business production.
• Provide escalation support for complex or unexpected client issues including client challenges.
• Perform responsibilities of greater complexity requiring independent judgment and decision-making.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and report on progress toward individual production goals.
