[job_card.job_description]Mileage pay : $0.57 - $0.64 CPM based on verifiable experience Average weekly pay : $1.400-$1.800 Detention Pay, Layover & Breakdown $1.000 Sign on Bonus Performance bonus $0.03 cpm Home every other week for 2 full days Health, dental & vision insurance (with Rx coverage) for you and your family Life & disability insurance, accident & critical illness plans, FSAs, 401(k) with company match, stock purchase plan 24 / 7 Employee Assistance Program. Paid Orientation Rider and Pet policy from day one Must have Class A License (CDL A) & 21 years or older. Must have 3 months of verifiable TT experience. 40ft + No more than 1 CMV on-road preventable accident in the last 2 years. No major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years. No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years. No DUI / DWI within the past 5 years Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. No drug-related convictions in past 5 years (10 if with CDL) No positive / refused tests in the past 10 years SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
