Bullhorn Sales Representative

Role description

You report to our Regional Director (EMEA) of Field Sales and are responsible for exploring new business opportunities within a defined area (DACH). You position Bullhorn and its associated services so that the customer can see a genuine competitive advantage.

The focus of your work is on identifying and implementing sales goals, including the detailed tracking of leads to build a qualified pipeline, presentations for potential customers, analysis meetings, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations. Our mission is to provide a top-class customer experience. You are at the forefront to ensure this from the first contact. You help potential customers manage their buying process, evaluate solutions to address their most important business challenges, and implement technologies that positively impact their company. For this position, advanced consulting skills, a high interest in the recruitment industry, and especially in SaaS and AI are required.

A typical day includes...

  • Building your own lead pipeline by directly addressing potential customers and conducting initial meetings and product demonstrations
  • Identifying new potential customers through research, networking, social selling, and recommendations
  • Developing proposals in collaboration with sales engineering and professional services or implementation partners
  • Working closely with sales management to prioritize sales opportunities and implement sales strategies that exceed expected quotas
  • Regularly and promptly submitting sales metrics such as weekly forecasts, pipeline management, and business plans
  • Trend and market observation to stay up-to-date and provide the best advice for your sales area
  • Preparing and conducting webinars and presentations both online and at regional events
  • Building a network (partner) in the market

This position is perfect for you if you...

  • Have 3-5 years of experience in SaaS sales or in the recruitment industry
  • Can show proven success in B2B sales
  • Have experience in consultative sales of complex solutions and find it easy to manage multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Enjoy visiting customers on-site and building long-term relationships online and personally
  • Are a sales professional who works very independently within the given guidelines
  • Are ready to further expand our success in the DACH region to scale our presence
  • Speak fluent German and have very good business-level English skills (primarily internal)
  • Are looking for a job in an international environment and fully immersed in the AI field
