Texas Demand Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Demand Operations Program Manager in Texas.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with large events to minimize service disruptions

Build reports on overall market health for the region and communicate findings to stakeholders

Design and optimize pickup and dropoff experiences at major venues while maintaining strong community relationships

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in project management, operations management, or program management

Thorough local knowledge of Texas markets (Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, and / or Houston)

Experience in risk management and process improvement

Bachelor's degree

Analytical skills to interpret data for continuous improvement in operations
