LSG Sky Chefs with over 75 years of Catering history is hiring immediately for Full-Time team players to prepare products for our Airline, E-Commerce, and Retail customers. We are the world's leading provider of end-to-end airline products and services with a fast-growing footprint in Convenience Retail and Subscription Food Service.

Eligible candidates must :

• Be 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States
• Pass a background check and clear a drug screen
• Be able to stand for the FULL duration of the shift
• Be available to work in a 38- degree cold room, only when necessary
• Be a team player and work well with a diverse team from all over the world!
• Ability to comprehend verbal & written specifications in English
• Possess basic math skills
• MUST be able to work a Flexible schedule; This is a 24-hour operation, 7 days a week

Additional eligibility requirements and details :

This is a Union Position- must be willing to pay union dues after 60 days

Must be available to work a full-time position, including Weekends and Holidays as needed

Must be able to complete the application / orientation process in English

Ability to lift 25+ pounds occasionally, 50+ pounds frequently & 10+ pounds consistently. Bend / stoop & twist repeatedly & stand for 8 - 12 hours a day

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Responsible for properly packing food and beverage items for airlines

Make sure all components for flights are correct

Responsible for resolving or reporting problems

Responsible for staying on task - must be willing to cross train in all assembly areas & assist in other areas if needed

Responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly work area

Must always follow safety & company guidelines

Ability to work well under pressure / time constraints / in a fast-paced environment
