We are offering thriving outpatient practice in the picturesque town of Ellington, Connecticut. Our team is comprised of skilled internal medicine physician and dedicated medical assistant. ECHN practice promotes a work-life balance with a Monday through Friday daytime schedule and no call coverage or weekends. In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care clinical services with an emphasis on prevention and management of chronic diseases.
