Job Description

In this role you will be working as a Project Manager for a client that works in the mechanical plumbing and HVAC industry for commercial construction.

  • Manage construction projects and generate accurate and timely construction documentation related to plumbing
  • Perform cost analysis billings projections and monthly financials
  • Generate estimates and change order requests utilizing labor factors estimating software and historical data
  • Ability to generate and review submittals Requests for Information (RFIs) closeouts project scheduling
  • Communicate as primary company representative in meetings with General Contractors Architects Engineers & Clients

Requirement

  • Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent experience 2-5 Years of experience in construction industry with Plumbing experience
  • Familiarity with BIM modeling / coordination as it relates to constructability of plumbing systems Microsoft 360 Outlook Word Excel Teams Procore Sharepoint & Bluebeam

    • The role is longer term and can be contract to possible direct hire or direct hire.

    Onsite South San Francisco CA

    Pay range $90000 - $140000
