Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in partner sales, account management, or business development
Proven track record of managing and growing strategic partnerships
Experience leading and scaling high-performing teams
Deep knowledge of the financial services industry and loyalty programs
Demonstrated success in negotiating complex contracts and closing new partnerships
