About the Role :

Housekeeping Supervisors fulfill the crucial role of providing training and development for the department and being the go-to person while the Housekeeping Manager is away. This role is physically demanding through the functions of lifting, reaching, bending, kneeling, etc. as you create "guest-ready" spaces. Housekeeping Departments are the beating heart of our hotels. Although you may be outside of the guest's view, the bulk of their experience is in the comfort of the room you carefully cleaned and crafted. Attention to detail while meeting cleaning time standards is a skillful balance that develops with training and practice. Housekeeping Supervisors are a cohesive part of our Maintenance team, actively looking for items to bring to their attention for repair. Housekeeping Supervisors are equally connected to our Front Desk team in ensuring stellar guest service via communicating room statuses and interactions that may involve the need for service recovery, along with remaining flexible with guest requests for late checkouts or extra amenities.

Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and meet physical requirements of the position.
