Job Title
Day to Day : Develop and implement efficient, cost-effective crew rotation schedules for assigned disciplines to ensure qualified and competent crew coverage. Manage rolling schedules (612 months) for international crew across multiple vessels, considering hundreds of rotations annually and planning replacements. Coordinate logistics such as flights, visas, and medical certifications while handling unexpected changes (e.g., illness, drop-offs). Collaborate with internal partners, international agencies, and onboard leadership to resolve scheduling challenges. Analyze availability data and produce reports using Excel and Power BI. Support the Planning Department with competing priorities and projects, exercising authority to make scheduling decisions.
