A well-established, growing mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager/Estimator to lead commercial projects from award through closeout.

• Oversee commercial HVAC projects from pre-construction through completion
• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
• Work directly with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project engineers and field teams
• Proactively identify risks and keep projects moving forward
• Maintain strong client relationships that lead to repeat business
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC project management and/or Estimating experience
• Background in design-build mechanical construction preferred but not required
• Proven ability to manage budgets and project schedules
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
