We are working with a client of ours, a growing manufacturing company, to find their next Senior HR Generalist to join their team in Louisville, KY. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to lead key HR functions and make a real impact on our workforce. The Senior HR Generalist will oversee a variety of human resources responsibilities, including payroll administration, employee relations, recruiting, and assist with safety training initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring compliance, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting our growing team. This role is fully onsite in Louisville, KY.

Responsibilities of the Senior HR Generalist :

• Manage and process payroll
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution
• Lead recruiting efforts for hourly and salaried positions
• Coordinate and assist with delivering safety training programs to maintain a safe workplace
• Support HR compliance and maintain accurate employee records
• Collaborate with management to implement HR policies and procedures
