Key Responsibilities
Review and evaluate incoming sales leads to determine service needs and urgency
Route leads to appropriate sales teams based on predefined criteria and monitor follow-ups
Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM and track lead outcomes for process improvement
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or lead management
Proficiency with CRM systems and lead management tools
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high volumes of inbound activity
Experience in a customer-driven remote environment
High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
