[job_card.job_description]Assist residents with daily living tasks and personal hygiene Keep the home clean, organized, and comfortable Prepare and serve nutritious meals Monitor safety and well-being, especially during overnight shifts Build meaningful relationships and create a supportive atmosphere 401(k) retirement plan Paid Time Off (PTO) and sick leave Comprehensive health insurance Dental and vision coverage Evaluate and assess barriers that affect independent living or community living Address communication skills Identify and implement symptom management skills Develop social support systems Cleaning common areas Assist with medication distribution Adapt skills for home, work, education, vocation, leisure, and social activities Provide immediate crisis intervention; attend to the 24-hour crisis line Oversee the preparation of 3 nutritious meals per day Be responsible for following the transitional treatment plan developed by the manager Ability to maintain regular attendance Complete required documentation in a timely manner Education : Must have a High school diploma or GED Experience : No Experience necessary Physical Requirements : Ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally

Now Hiring for the Following Shifts :
- Part-Time Night : 12-hour shifts (6 PM-6 AM) Thursday & Friday
- On-Call : Flexible scheduling based on your availability
