Our Bar Managers oversee all bar operations and dining room operations and drive efforts to create an amazing guest experience. Our SM's also focus on attaining sales, profit objectives, maintaining high standards of food quality, take out execution, service, cleanliness, and excellent safety and sanitation practices.

Hire, coach, teach, and mentor all FOH and BOH team members. Inspire our team each shift through motivational Pre-Shifts and contests to help build/maintain a fun competitive culture within the restaurant.

Responsibilities + Duties:

• Exceptional knowledge of our Craveably Crafted food and Uncommon Hospitality.
• Maintain "CHEERS" in all FOH departments.
• Build sales through managing the guest experience.
• Maintain Bar cleanliness and quality through daily Line Checks.
• Drive opening, closing, and checkout duties are completed efficiently.
• Utilize shift cards and restaurant tools to stay organized and on track.
• Visit every table, learn guests' names, promote new items/beers, and stay aware of guests needs.
• Monitor and track daily beer waste, quality and control costs.
• Control and maintain labor costs utilizing HotSchedules to schedule and communicate with team.
• Coach, teach and mentor FOH team throughout the shift as the Leader in the Window.
• Participate in the selection of new hires and implement training and testing procedures.
• Uphold company standards on personal appearance and attire.
• Drive ticket times and communication throughout the team.
• Support the team and the shift by setting up and transitioning shifts appropriately.

Qualifications + Skills:

• Bar Management experience preferred.
• Understanding of FOH operations and management.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Must have a courteous, energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Coachable with ability to apply feedback.
