- Full-Time 11 : 30 AM-8 : 00 PM
- Every Other Weekend and Holiday Rotation Required
Duties and Key Responsibilities
Plans production activities (and / or assists co-workers, as needed) to ensure appropriate and timely production of food to fulfill menu requirements.Portions / serves food neatly and attractively.Maintains established portion control when portioning / serving foods.Covers, labels, and dates all opened, prepped, or leftover food items placed in storage.Prepares food items according to standardized recipes; produces a quality product.Checks temperatures of food products to verify that cooking and holding temperatures are within acceptable ranges; corrects temperature problems.Maintains frozen and refrigerated food storage area by assisting with storing deliveries, rotating stock, on a FIFO method, and keeping walk-in freezer and coolers neat and orderly.Requirements
Weekend rotationFlexibility in scheduling to meet department needs.Education / Certifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.Experience
