BigTime is looking for an experienced Developer to join our AI team! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high?growth SaaS company! As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be working across the entire application stack, collaborating extensively to design, build, and test functionality in our award?winning, cloud?based system. The Opportunity

As a Senior AI Engineer, youll architect and build agentic workflows that redefine how professional services firms operate. Using cutting?edge protocols like the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent?to?Agent (A2A) collaboration, youll design AI systems that dont just assistthey act, orchestrating workflows across tools, data, and teams.

Youll collaborate with a world?class engineering team to push beyond traditional SaaS, embedding autonomy, reasoning, and intelligence into the very fabric of BigTimes platform.

What Youll Do

• Architect MCP?based frameworks that enable LLMs to connect seamlessly with BigTime and third?party ecosystems (Salesforce, QuickBooks, Jira, Hubspot, Intacct, and beyond).
• Design and implement agentic control planes for governance, security, and auditabilityensuring safe, explainable autonomy.
• Orchestrate multi?agent workflows using A2A patterns, allowing agents to plan, delegate, and adapt across dynamic environments.
• Benchmark agent performance with emerging standards (e.g., LiveMCP?101) to validate orchestration and execution.
• Enhance resilience and scalability by building fault?tolerant, observable, and distributed AI?driven services.
• Collaborate cross?functionally with product, data science, and platform teams to transform how professional services operate.
• Continuously explore bleeding?edge AI methods and bring fresh ideas into production.

What We Offer

The salary for this position is between $120,000 and $160,000 annually. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation such as bonuses.
