Position : Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location : 13951 West Grand Avenue, Unit 201  Surprise, Arizona 85374

Incentives : $20K Bonus and $350 / month Student Loan Repayment

Schedule : Full-Time, Monday - Friday

Compensation : Salaried, starting at $74,000 and up, commensurate with experience, plus Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program
