Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced and highly organized Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health Case Manager for a contract opportunity in York, PA offering $2,400 weekly . This 5x8s day shift, you will be required to complete admission, recertification, routine, PRN, and death visits. Productivity benchmark 5 to 7 visits per day.
