Retail Account Merchandiser

Excell Marketing is hiring a Part-Time Retail Account Merchandiser in Bend, OR and surrounding areas. You’ll help retailers showcase trending products like trading cards and collectible toys without being stuck behind a desk. We offer paid travel time, a customizable schedule, and competitive pay. We expect your total hours to be around 15-20 hours per week on average (may vary during busy seasons).

What You’ll Do

• Visit assigned stores according to store needs
• Stock shelves, set up displays, and follow planograms
• Keep displays neat, organized, and properly labeled and priced
• Build strong relationships with store management and staff
• Use a company-provided tablet for simple reporting and mileage entry
• Communicate regularly with your manager and field services team

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 35 lbs. (team lifts up to 50 lbs.)
• Frequent bending, stooping, and occasional kneeling
• Use of a small step stool (no more than 2 steps)
• Will be on your feet for extended periods of time (3-5 hours)

Important Policy

This is a merchandising position only. Excell Marketing enforces strict policies and limitations on employee purchases to ensure fairness and compliance with retailer agreements. Employees can make limited purchased directly from Excell but are not permitted to purchase products during store visits or at any store location that we service at any time.

Schedule

• Flexible visits Monday–Saturday between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM
• Occasional Sunday or after-hours visits may be approved during busy seasons
• Average 10–15 hours per week (may vary during peak periods)
