Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (Onsite)

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated professional to support our client’s business and technology teams by bridging communication between stakeholders and IT services. Our team focuses on process improvement, problem remediation, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction through streamlined IT Service Management operations.

Responsibilities:

• Act as liaison between home lending business stakeholders and technology teams, managing service tickets and coordinating issue resolution on customer loan products.
• Analyze ticketing data to identify trends and recurring issues, escalating as needed, and provide insights for operational improvements.
• Oversee daily ITSM operations, including incident, request, problem, and change management processes.
• Document workflows, processes, and develop knowledge base content while coordinating manual tasks during service disruptions.

Experience/Minimum Requirements:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in IT Service Management, operations, or related roles.
• Technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to business partners.
• Strong customer service orientation, including effective communication and satisfaction focus.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
