***$3,000 Sign-On Bonus***

Performance pay based on $40 - 50 per hour

Primary Job Functions: Installing residential HVAC equipment in a mainly retrofit environment along with some light commercial and a few new construction projects every year. Someone who can work and think independently as well as with a team. Present the company's philosophy of caring for the customer in a manner that leaves a favorable impression.

Requirements:

• Two-five years of experience needed.
• Certification from a technical school a plus.
• Journeyman's License a plus.
• Maintain high safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work with mobile devices for communication with customers and office.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, contractors, wholesalers and customers.
• Meet requirements of pre-employment drug testing, pre-employment physical, maintain a valid driver's license and provide an MVR that is acceptable to our insurance company.

• Lead a team in HVAC installation projects
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
