JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking a Clinical Director to provide leadership and oversight for behavioral health programs within our Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU). This role is pivotal in guiding clinical staff, ensuring compliance with evidence-based practices, and maintaining operational excellence. If you are a licensed mental health professional with strong supervisory experience and a passion for supporting youth in crisis, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities include :

• Leadership & Supervision
• Provide individual and group clinical supervision to 3 clinicians.
• Offer guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and agency standards.
• Program Oversight
• Review documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor administrative tasks, including expenses and reporting.
• Step in for crisis intervention and provide clinical direction during emergencies.
• Quality Assurance
• Maintain compliance with BBS and agency protocols.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for program effectiveness.
• Collaboration
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to align treatment goals.
• Communicate regularly with leadership regarding staff performance and high-risk situations.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Familiarity with evidence-based practices for early intervention with youth
