Insight Global is seeking a Clinical Director to provide leadership and oversight for behavioral health programs within our Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU). This role is pivotal in guiding clinical staff, ensuring compliance with evidence-based practices, and maintaining operational excellence. Key Responsibilities include :
- Leadership & Supervision
- Provide individual and group clinical supervision to 3 clinicians.
- Offer guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and agency standards.
- Program Oversight
- Review documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor administrative tasks, including expenses and reporting.
- Step in for crisis intervention and provide clinical direction during emergencies.
- Quality Assurance
- Maintain compliance with BBS and agency protocols.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for program effectiveness.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to align treatment goals.
- Communicate regularly with leadership regarding staff performance and high-risk situations.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
California LMFT (licensed marriage family therapist) or LCSW (licensed clinical social worker) license.Meets BBS requirements for clinical supervision.Minimum 2 years of clinical supervision experience.Familiarity with evidence-based practices for early intervention with youth
