CAPITAL Ford of Charlotte is seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Fleet Director to lead our growing commercial sales department.

This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial vehicle sales, driving revenue growth, and building long-term partnerships with business clients.

The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader with a proven record in fleet or commercial vehicle sales, exceptional business acumen, and a passion for developing high-performing teams.
