Senior Revenue Cycle Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Revenue Cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of 8 RCM professionals while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Partner with various teams to optimize billing processes and improve revenue cycle performance

Establish strategies for multi-state expansion and oversee RCM performance reporting

Required Qualifications

7-10+ years of revenue cycle experience

3-5+ years of people management experience

Deep behavioral health billing experience

Understanding of Medicaid-specific billing opportunities

Experience with group payer contracting and multi-state expansion is a bonus
