What You’ll Be Doing as the Entry-Level Accountant:

• Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports with accuracy

• Assist with month-end close tasks, reconciliations, and basic reporting

• Maintain vendor records and support accounting policy compliance

• Help prepare journal entries, accruals, and daily transactions

• Use Excel to organize and track financial data

What We’re Looking For in the Entry-Level Accountant:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or relevant coursework/experience)

• Internship or 1+ year in accounting, AP, or business/office support

• Working Excel knowledge (sorting/filtering required; VLOOKUP a plus)

• Strong organization and attention to detail

• Positive, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn
