Overview :

We're looking for a reliable and resourceful Office Coordinator to support the daily operations of a busy professional office for a contract to hire position. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can juggle multiple responsibilities with confidence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including supply management and vendor coordination
• Provide general administrative support across departments, including light HR and finance-related tasks
• Assist with meeting and event planning, including logistics and communications
• Serve as a point of contact for visitors and incoming calls
• Support internal communications and help drive team engagement initiatives
• Handle special requests and projects as they arise, using sound judgment to prioritize and follow through
