Role Snapshot :   Sales Associate

Location :  5401 Kenwood Dr, Rowlett, TX 75089

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our success. You’ll focus on hitting and surpassing sales targets, while ensuring unforgettable customer experiences that lead to lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Exceed sales goals and quotas.
• Proactively engage with customers via warm calls and scheduled appointments.
• Foster lasting relationships through affiliate programs.
• Drive positive customer reviews.
• Manage inventory updates and coordinate with our online call team.
• Collaborate with management on sales strategies and promotional initiatives.

What We Need From You

Proven sales experience, preferably in retail.

A track record of exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organization and time management.

Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-energy environment.

Availability to work full weekends (part-time options also available).

Spanish language skills are a plus.
