Job Title
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Guy Carpenter.
This role will be based in Edina, MN. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Responsibilities
We will count on you to :
- Analyze risks and assist in developing tailored solutions to meet clients' needs.
- Respond to client queries and concerns promptly to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Support the design, development, and marketing of reinsurance solutions to attract new accounts.
- Assist senior Brokers with complex client assignments and provide guidance to junior Brokers on market trends.
- Monitor accounts, including payments and collections, to anticipate and prevent potential issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and insurance / reinsurance companies to facilitate effective communication and service.
