Clinical Insurance Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Clinical Insurance Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for completing all medical insurance verifications across our three offices (Waterford, Orlando, and Kissimmee) and managing all incoming and outgoing fax communications. The Clinical Insurance Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring accurate insurance information prior to patient visits and supporting smooth clinical and administrative operations. Additional duties may be assigned by management as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Complete and document insurance verifications for all scheduled patients across all three offices.
• Monitor, organize, and route all incoming and outgoing faxes to the correct departments or providers.
• Maintain accurate records of insurance eligibility, authorizations, and benefits.
• Communicate with insurance companies and patients to resolve verification or coverage issues.
• Work collaboratively with front desk, clinical staff, and other departments to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Assist the Office Manager with administrative tasks as assigned.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain confidentiality at all times.
