[job_card.job_description]Design and execute strategic staffing plans that meet the needs of the business Identify and hire the right talent Ensure effective onboarding and training to ensure retention and minimize employee turnover Foster a growth-oriented environment through continuous team development, coaching, and feedback Plan and execute company training programs Contribute to and conduct sessions for the company manager-in-training program Supervise and address team performance Ensure the overall health of the business by achieving the companys mission in the most efficient and financially responsible way Ensure effective execution of daily operations Navigate ambiguity, embrace and lead change, and make intentional and strategic decisions Clearly detail and communicate shop performance to the leadership team Utilize and oversee established systems, tools, and procedures Uphold company standards and norms Coach and uphold Sweet Cows standard of cleanliness Ensure optimal product and supply levels through accurate inventory taking and ordering Delegate tasks based on customer flow and necessary action items Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude Utilize open and direct communication Engage, connect, coach, and lead teams with clarity, positivity, and kindness Train, coach, and provide feedback, creating an understanding of our company, shop priorities, and menu Develop teams through sharing the company's mission, values, history, and purpose Clearly, directly, and with vision deliver team messaging, creating a culture of comprehension and enthusiasm for all things Sweet Cow Communicate with precision and influence across various communication channels while articulating knowledge and desired outcomes with clarity & positivity Embrace feedback and communicate in a timely, considerate, and detailed manner Create and foster a challenging and rewarding culture through meaningful contribution and a sense of team pride Create, foster, and maintain a shop culture of accountability, purpose, and pride around meeting performance expectations High school diploma or GED required Minimum of three years of service industry experience and two years of management / leadership experience Must be a minimum of 21 years of age Able to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand for the entirety of a shift Willingness and ability to work some nights, weekends, and holidays Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality Adhere to the written schedule Maintain a weekly schedule of 42-44 in-shop hours $64,000 / year Bonus Program based on shop performance Monetary bonuses for staff development Health insurance benefits (50% employer paid) Company Wellness Contribution of $1,200 annually ($100 monthly) 401(K) Plan with a 4% employer match Dental Plan (employee paid) Vision Plan (employee paid) Two Weeks Paid Vacation (with tenure-based increases) Additional Paid Sick Leave Paid Holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas) Opportunities for career growth and development Discounted employee store Friends & family ice cream discount Free ice cream daily Open until we find the right person for the role.
