Florida Licensed Senior Relationship Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Relationship Manager - Middle Market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships to generate new business and deal flow

Engage with borrowers to expand relationships and increase loan production

Monitor credit quality and manage risk exposure of the portfolio

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance preferred

10+ years of commercial financing or equivalent lending experience

Established relationships and proven track record in direct origination

Expertise in negotiating, structuring, and closing complex loans

Formal credit training preferred
