A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to partner with the IT Sales Team and support prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Account Executives to identify technical and operational challenges in IT equipment deployment
Design and present customized IT solution packages, including device procurement and lifecycle management
Act as the technical representative in client interactions, managing demos and RFP responses
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting, preferably in SaaS or IT Asset Management
Strong knowledge of IT procurement, device lifecycle management, and SaaS integrations
Ability to discuss APIs and systems architecture with various stakeholders
Experience in managing competing priorities in fast-paced sales environments
Bonus : Experience with enterprise clients in multi-country settings
