Where You'll Make a Difference

• Lead the daily operations of the Animal Nutrition & Health Application Laboratory in Cedar Rapids, ensuring highquality execution of analytical work.
• Implement and support the global application strategy across North America, with a focus on infeed enzyme assays and raw material analysis.
• Maintain alignment with global quality standards, documentation practices, and laboratory bestinclass processes.
• Collaborate closely with global application laboratories to share insights, harmonize methods, and strengthen consistency in service delivery.
• Oversee method development, optimization, and troubleshooting of enzyme assays and related analytical techniques.
• Provide technical leadership to ensure accurate, reliable, and timely laboratory results for internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Partner with the Global Application Manager, Regional Technical Services Director, and Regional Industry Lead to resolve technical challenges and support commercial initiatives.
• Deliver customer service support by addressing client inquiries, providing technical explanations, and presenting new laboratory capabilities.
• Independently execute laboratory analyses in support of the North American (NAM) business, delivering reliable data to support customer requests, commercial activities, and technical decisionmaking
