Caregiver / CNA- Day Shift - Grow into a Care Supervisor

A Place at Home - Encinitas -

As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide 1 : 1 care to clients throughout North County San Diego, including Vista, Escondido, San Marcos, Oceanside, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Solana Beach, Del Mar, and La Jolla . You must be willing to work in these areas and able to reliably commute to client homes within 45 minutes or less.

What You’ll Do

Provide one-on-one care, companionship, and support for seniors, veterans, and adults with disabilities

Assist with ADLs — bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, toileting, hygiene, and more

Maintain client safety and dignity with professionalism

Observe and report changes in condition to the office team

Represent A Place at Home – Encinitas with compassion, reliability, and respect

What We’re Looking For

You are a Caregiver, licensed CNA, HHA, or Medical Assistant

Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Must pass drug screen, background check, and employment verification

Schedule

Part-time and full-time available

Day, evening, and overnight shifts

Weekday and weekend options

Location

Encinitas, Carlsbad, and the surrounding North County areas

Pay

$19 – $21 per hour (based on experience, reliability, and case type. Higher rates available for advanced cases)
