A company is looking for a Workday AMS Advanced Compensation Lead Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Gather complex requirements and understand HR use cases related to Workday functions
Build strong relationships with clients while managing competing priorities and timelines
Lead junior resources and provide guidance on best practices for configuration and requirement gathering
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Workday certification in Advanced Compensation
Minimum of 3 years of configuration experience in Advanced Compensation
Experience with 3+ end-to-end HCM suite implementations or 2+ years in a post-deployment setting
Another certification is beneficial
Experience in a client-side Compensation role is advantageous
