Mid-shift float to another facility is rare, but can happen. No in house floating. Scrubs : Provided- Baby Catcher is also known as the NRP role. This is sometimes filled by NICU staff and sometimes by L&D. Depends on who has the staff available to do it. But it is an assignment for the entire shift. Cancellation can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that are less than 13 weeks Charting BSN License to Trauma Level : Care Shift Nights, EOW, First to Float Required , Advanced Fetal Monitoring, BLS, NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week Contract Weeks : 91
