Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Packing Associate to join our team. This role involves measuring, sorting, and cutting rubber sleeves into individual belts. Attention to detail and basic math skills are essential as you will be handling mixed part numbers that need to be separated and sorted before stocking. The position requires operating a forklift and crane, and involves moderate physical activity, including manipulating parts weighing up to 80 pounds.

Responsibilities:

• Measure and cut rubber sleeves into individual belts.
• Separate and sort mixed part numbers for stocking.
• Operate a forklift and crane to manage inventory.
• Engage in manual labor, including lifting belts and boxes.
• Use RF scanners for order picking and packing.
• Unload and ship packages as required.

Essential Skills:

• Forklift and overhead crane operation experience (6+ months).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Capability to stay on feet all day and walk through the warehouse.
• Ability to lift and manipulate parts weighing up to 80 pounds.

This is a contract position based out of Lincoln, NE.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
