  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and implement quality process improvements throughout product design and manufacturing.
  • Partner with plating personnel to optimize Gold, Nickel and Tin plating processes, ensuring consistent adherence to specifications and customer expectations.
  • Translate customer needs and requirements into effective quality processes, integrating them throughout the manufacturing cycle.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis of nonconformance issues and implement corrective / preventive action plans.
  • Prepare and present quality reports, metrics, and improvement initiatives to leadership.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or related technical field).
    • At least 5 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
    • Proven leadership experience managing inspection or quality control teams.

      • ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :

    • Direct hire with benefits
    • 1st shift, Monday - Friday, 7 : 30am - 5pm
    • Salary range : $80K - $90K; eligible for monthly shipping bonus and bonus program (pays out 4x year – Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and end of fiscal year)
