California Licensed Employment Counsel

A company is looking for a Global Employment Counsel to provide strategic legal guidance on employment matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide analysis and counsel on global labor and employment issues, including recruitment, hiring, and terminations

Advise on employment disputes and manage outside counsel for litigation matters

Draft, negotiate, and review employment-related documents and develop compliance policies

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; Bachelor's degree required

Active membership in any U.S. State Bar

Minimum 10+ years of US and international employment law experience

Prior experience in both law firm and corporate settings preferred

Strong understanding of US and international labor and employment statutes
