Channel Development Manager
As a Channel Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding our IT channel partner network in the United States. Your responsibilities will include :
- Strategic Partner Identification : Identify and assess potential channel partners, considering their compatibility with our products and services.
- Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners while actively seeking new collaborations.
- Program Development : Design and implement comprehensive channel partner programs, including incentive structures, marketing support, and training initiatives.
- Market Analysis : Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities for channel growth.
- Channel Revenue Optimization : Provide crucial resources and strategic support to enhance channel sales effectiveness. Focus on driving revenue growth through innovative channel development strategies, ensuring the consistent achievement or surpassing of sales targets.
- Performance Tracking : Develop and implement metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of channel partners.
