A company is looking for a Technical Support Senior Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with clients to investigate and resolve problems associated with a client-facing web application
Analyze client problems for either application or hardware cause and coordinate a resolution
Escalate and coordinate incidents to Tier III technical support when required
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of Windows and Macintosh Operating Systems
Familiarity with Internet Browsers such as Explorer, Mozilla, Google Chrome, and Safari
Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office (versions 2007 and 2010)
Understanding of LAN / WAN configurations and topologies
Additional knowledge of SQL Servers and Active Directory is beneficial
