Clerical Support Position
Under limited supervision, performs routine but varied clerical duties in accordance with standard procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provides clerical support to a department(s) and performs clerical duties such as photocopying, compiling records, filing, tabulating, posting information, and distributing mail.
- Identifies opportunities for improvement of workflows and proactively works with management to implement improvements as appropriate.
- Maintains records, prepares forms, verifies information and resolves routine problems.
- Applies knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilizes a general understanding of other departments' functions to perform assigned duties.
- Assists in the completion of special projects and reports as needed.
- Monitors security cameras and dispatches parking-related calls as needed; location may vary based on departmental needs.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION :
Required Skills
Three (3) years experience in the clerical field is required.
