Conduct FBAs and develop individualized BIPs.Design and oversee ethical, data-driven programs.Supervise and mentor RBTs and technicians to ensure high-quality care.Collaborate with families, educators, and community leaders.Provide services in home, school, clinic, and community settings.Monitor progress, ensure compliance, and uphold client dignity.Participate in ongoing training and contribute to a culture of excellence.Qualifications
BCBA certification and / or LBA license (or Illinois eligibility)Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related fieldStrong communication and collaboration skillsHave the ability to commute to clinic location in Chicago, ILPreferred :
Experience working with the Orthodox Jewish communityComfort working across diverse settings (home, school, clinic, community)
