Monitor compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Prepare reports and presentations related to HR activities and initiatives.
Support recruitment efforts by assisting with job postings and candidate communications.
Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) and data management.
Strong understanding of onboarding processes and best practices.
Knowledge of employee relations and conflict resolution strategies.
Experience conducting background checks and employment verifications.
