Director of Security

A company is looking for a Director of Security.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the GRC and Security Engineering teams, overseeing strategy and performance management

Own governance, risk, and compliance programs, ensuring audit readiness and policy management

Oversee security architecture and incident response, managing budgets and reporting to executives

Required Qualifications

15+ years of experience in information security or related fields

10+ years of management experience in leading security teams

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related field

Relevant certifications such as CISSP and CISM are strongly preferred

Proven expertise in governance, risk, and compliance programs, including ISO27001 implementation
