Contracts Coordinator

A company is looking for a Contracts Coordinator / Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the contract pipeline, including drafting, routing, and executing agreements

Lead the implementation of a new contract management system and maintain the CLM database

Coordinate with various teams to gather information for contracts and support compliance documentation

Required Qualifications :

2-5 years of experience in a legal support role such as a paralegal or contracts coordinator

Hands-on experience with a contract lifecycle management (CLM) system

Ability to manage a high volume of agreements with precision and speed

Experience with contract formatting, proofreading, and basic drafting

Strong organizational skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
